Automated Backup
A desktop application that provides a mechanism to automatically
save e-mails to and from selected e-mail addressees into a folder
on the user’s hard drive, allowing correspondence in different formats
(letters, faxes and e-mails) to be stored together.
The storage folder is selectable on a per-addressee basis and can
be changed whenever required. Similarly, the selected addressees
can be changed at will, all of which are synchronised with the user’s
Outlook contacts.
The application is launched at log-on and runs in the background.
Once set up, no user interaction is necessary until either an addressee
needs to be added or removed, or their destination folder needs to
be changed.
Once performed, the application returns to running in the background.
This application is currently in development, with product launch
expected early in the summer of 2007.
